While I use evidence-based coaching methods and other standard tools, my programs don't place people in "boxes" with everyone else. I personalize it to meet your individual needs, strengths, obstacles, and other factors so you're set up for success based on who you are.

What You Can Expect

An accelerated program to show women like you how to develop a growth mindset and healthy habits to build your mental health!

Growth Mindset and Healthy Habits

This program is proven to deliver results in as little as 6 weeks because it is focused on 6 key concepts that help create strong mental health: Goal Setting, Cognitive Distortions, Mindset, Sense of Self, Mindfulness, and Toolbox of Success

Goal Setting

This first week is about getting to understand how to effectively set goals. We will go over what having a growth mindset and healthy habits means to you, what that looks like, and setting realistic goals to help you reach them for real growth and change. Together, we will strategize ways to overcome foreseeable challenges, but you are able to text and email me should something come up.

Sense of Self

The fourth week is where we take a look at your sense of self to discover what your values are so we can create healthy boundaries (for yourself and others) where you can be your best self and thrive. We will also take a look at your strengths to build self-confidence and learn how to show self-compassion. You will understand the importance of positive self-talk and engaging in consistent self-care as part of your daily routine for better overall well-being.

Cognitive Distortions

The second week will be about understanding, identifying, and overcoming cognitive distortions. Cognitive distortions are commonly the cause of negative/limiting mindsets, low self-esteem, and even mental illness. We will strategize to retrain your brain to avoid these distortions to create a healthy mindset and keep you on track with your goals!

Mindfulness

The fifth week consists of learning about mindfulness and how it is a healthy habit which can be used to enhance your current health and even reduce anxiety/depression symptoms. Various evidence-based mindfulness techniques will be discussed to help you bring your mind and body into the present moment to relieve stress, increase your mental health, and improve decision making.

Mindset

To start off this third week, we will check in with your goals and celebrate the wins you've had in the program so far! After the celebration, we will cover the importance of observing our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors since they can positively or negatively impact how we show up each day. We will go over techniques to retrain your brain to create a growth mindset.

Toolbox of Success

For the sixth and final week, we will uncover and celebrate the accomplishments you have made throughout the program and discuss anything you would like to go over one last time. In addition to the previous 5 workbooks for each module, you will obtain a sixth one that includes additional activities and resources to help you along your journey when this program ends. Not only will you feel more confident in yourself and your abilities to take back your life, but you will have built a mindset that allows you to create a better life for yourself and inspire others around you to do the same.
