About Our Services

While I use evidence-based coaching methods and other standard tools, my programs don't place people in "boxes" with everyone else. I personalize it to meet your individual needs, strengths, obstacles, and other factors so you're set up for success based on who you are. 

  • Identify your strengths, passions, and goals

  • Apply cognitive behavioral coaching techniques to cope with anxiety and behavior changes

  • Use mindfulness, meditation, and visualization to calm your mind and body and focus your attention

  • Learn how to effectively set realistic goals, strategize how to overcome obstacles along the way, and accomplish what you set out to do ( using SMART goals)

  • Recognize and challenge cognitive distortions (false beliefs/shortcuts our brains make) that are holding you back from happiness and success

  • Replace unwanted thoughts and behaviors with healthier and more balanced ones, while using evidenced-based techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to reinforce your new habits

  • Incorporate gratitude, optimism, and happiness as a mindset in your everyday life to attract more opportunities 

  • Gain new perspectives on problems and situations in your life to generate new ways of thinking and problem-solving techniques

  • Increase your self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-esteem

  • Improve your relationship with yourself and others with more compassion, forgiveness, better communication, and emotion regulation strategies
